| We offer several flexible options of payment for our services. |
1. Most major commercial insurance companies* |
Treatment is usually covered by most major commercial insurance companies* under "Physical Therapy Benefits" or "Occupational Therapy Benefits." Below you will find a list of the most common insurance companies we have worked with for many years.
* Please call us if you do not see your plan listed, as many plans are administered by a larger carrier we most likely have a relationship with already. |
2. Motor Vehicle Accidents |
| If you were involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident, then your car insurance carrier will usually pay for the treatment as long as you have an open claim under Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits. |
3. Workers' Compensation Insurance |
| If you were injured at work, then Workers' Compensation Insurance is the responsible party. You will need to open a case. |
4. Bill Your Own Insurance |
| Many patients choose to receive a discount by billing their own insurance company. In the case of Bill Your Own Insurance, the patient pays a discounted rate and we provide you with special forms (or we send them on your behalf), while instructing your insurance company to reimburse you directly. |
5. Payment at the Time of Service |
| If you do not have insurance coverage, or you choose to pay out-of pocket, we offer a very affordable and discounted Payment at the Time of Service rate. |
